Hope you all are doing well. So this the third gameplay in this series of Stick It to the Man! We saw our character went into COMA, in this chapter he wakesup in the hospital but he was thrown out of the hospital because his insurance doesn't claim for anykind of head injury. Still he can see that the third hand is sticking out of his head in real life also but he still try to convince himself that all these are just an illusion and he thinks he is very tired so he needs to get a sleep and everything will get normal so he heads toward his house but in his way he face some problems which you can see in the gameplay. Mean while he notices that he can hear everybodies thought who were around him.
